* An appointment fee of $35 is required when scheduling any injectable or in-office procedural consultation. This appointment fee does not apply to a surgical consultation fee. To receive a refund of your appointment fee, your scheduled appointment must be canceled more than 24 hours in advance. The appointment fee will be credited toward your treatment cost on the day of service(s).
Notes & Clarifications
- These prices may vary depending on treatment complexity.
- During your consultation, your injector will provide a personalized quote based on your goals and anatomy.
- For neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®) we charge per unit; the total cost depends on how many units your facial areas require.
- For dermal fillers, we price per syringe or vial.
- Fat injections, laser treatments (Cynosure SmartSkin®CO2, Morpheus 8®, Fraxel Dual®), NovaThreads®, earlobe repair, and hair transplantation will not be performed at the initial visit.
- To schedule laser treatments, NovaThreads®, earlobe repairs, or fat injections a deposit of $500 is required at the time of scheduling a treatment or series of treatments. The scheduled procedure(s) must be cancelled more than 48 hours prior to scheduled procedure(s) to receive a refund.
- Fat injections prices are for those performed in-office under local/topical/oral anesthesia only (not applicable to fat injections under IV sedation or general anesthesia in the operating room).
- Pricing for fat injections is determined by volume (mL) of fat harvested and subsequently transferred.
- For NovaThreads® PDO thread lifts, the number of threads needed depends on the lift area, skin quality, and desired result. Thread procedures are an estimate of the typical number of threads ($200 / thread) required. A minimum of 6 threads is required for each threading procedure.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing over time, but we commit to notifying clients in advance of any changes.
- CO2 Ablative Fractional Laser pricing is for in-office only using topical, oral, and/or local anesthesia. CO2 Ablative Fractional Laser performed under IV sedation or General Anesthesia will need to be performed in an operating room that will require additional fees for facility and anesthesia costs. Laser treatments are performed by an experienced laser technician under the supervision of Dr. Kronowitz.
- Hair Transplantation SmartGraft® is for in-office only using topical, local, and/or oral anesthesia. Hair Transplantation SmartGraft® performed under IV sedation will need to be performed in an operating room that will require additional fees for facility and anesthesia costs. To schedule a hair transplantation, a $2,500 deposit is required. If the scheduled procedure is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the scheduled procedure date than the deposit is nonrefundable.
